Thomas is awesome and provides excellent customer service!! He has been out to our home several times and is great at troubleshooting and problem solving, even on an older system that wasn’t installed by G & S. It’s never fun to have something go wrong with your a/c, but I know when Thomas arrives , the problem will be handled quickly and professionally.

Chris the sales representative is very nice and professional and on time. The workers who installed my new HVAC system did so in a neat and timely manner. All system part warranties were completed by the company and given to me upon completion. Its easy to see why this company has been in business for 60+ yrs. Definitely would recommend.

We had a problem and could not identify the source. Jason came and worked diligently to find the source. It turned out to be out of his control, but he investigated until he could point us in the right direction. We appreciated his willingness to work with us and his friendliness while doing so.

Patrick called to let me know when he was coming to my house. I opened my door and was greeted with a big smile, an introduction of who he was and what he was going to do. When he completed his work, he explained what he did, and explained about the yearly plan for my service twice a year. Such a delight to have met this young man. Thanks to G +S.

Cliff did an outstanding job and communicated what he was doing and why. He also did a little extra as it appeared the installer did not do a good job mounting/securing air exchanger (it had come loose). Would welcome him back for our service every time.

Austin showed up very quickly. He detected the problem with our air conditioning unit both only outside of the inside and defrosted and cleaned the coils. He also helped clean the drainage line to make sure that everything was working as efficiently as possible. He was very knowledgeable and was done within 30 minutes.

Our unit immediately started cooling again and has done well in the past several days. Thanks Austin

We have been using G&S for approximately 24 years because they are reliable, do what they say they will and have very reasonable prices for the work and products. We simply do not call anyone else for our heating and AC needs.
