My husband and I are so grateful to have found ACS!🙌
We started a basement renovation this last April and was interested in installing a mini split system, bathroom vent and main house kitchen vent. We wanted to do our due diligence and get several estimates. We weren't necessarily looking for the cheapest but mostly a company that was knowledgeable and trustworthy! Jason (the owner) was the first to come out and he was very informative by giving us several options to choose from.
We weren't able to commit to any estimate right away due to the general contractor being delayed with getting the renovation to a point for the HVAC rough-in. During this time, Jason was the only HVAC company to continue to follow-up (not in a pushy way) and was very understanding of us not being able to commit right away, he just wanted us to know they were still interested in having our business. When that time came to schedule HVAC rough-in, we were more than happy to work with ACS!
Over the next several months with today being the last day, ACS was able to work with our general contractor and inspection schedules. Josh and his crew did great work with all the installations. Josh was an excellent communicator by keeping us updated with the process.
This company is very organized and professional and definitely lived up to their almost 5 star reputation! We will continue to use ACS for all future HVAC needs for as long as they're in business.

Service personnel Jason was courteous and informative on what service he did on AC unit...made suggestions on how often to get unit serviced. ACS very professional from setting up service call to completing inspection....Will definitely recommend and use again....

I was experiencing a strange smell in my home. The office staff were so polite and sweet and they sent a text notification confirming my appointment and also when the technician was in their way. The technician Bryan and Trevor were knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable. They checked everything out, took pictures of what they found and explained everything. I am very happy with this company and will definitely use them in the future if I ever need anything for HVAC.

I can't say enough great things about the service that Sonny of Automated Control Systems provided when repairing my two heat pumps. He was very polite and professional. He kept me informed of the issues and associated costs, so there were no surprises. He was prompt and efficient. Automated Control Systems is the one to use for any HVAC needs.

Sonny was punctual and very professional. Explained what was going on and what needed to be replaced in order for our unit to operate correctly. I needed a brand new HVAC system install after a failed repair through another company. They provided several options and even offer financing through Wells Fargo. Their phone operator was polite and professional and also up to date on who had been out and what my next step was. I received text alerts naming who was coming out with a time window. Once they were on the way I got another text with how far away they were. This made me feel extra safe. When it came down to financing they had everything on the iPad for me to read and sign securely. They fixed some damaged ducts and installed a new thermostat. My only complaint is with the thermostat. I do not have the auto mode where you can set a high and low temp. I only have options for heat and air even though my thermostat manual lists that mode as an option. I suppose that's not entirely the company's fault though, more so the thermostat manufacturers for misleading me
