Sonny & Jerry installed a mini split Heating & Air Conditioning Unit in my garage at my Town House. They did an awesome job. Everything was done neat & always clean up after themselves.

Friendly yet professional service by Josh and Austin. Josh even let me know about a part (capacitor) which could be beginning to fail; not currently a problem, but could develop into one. He did not try to sell me something I didn’t need, but wanted me to be informed which I appreciate.

Your employees are probably your most valuable asset! They were well trained and did a beautiful job and worked very well together. Everyone I have spoken with either by phone or in person had our best interest in mind and took very good care of us!

Update: paid in full at time of service, since then several times a week I get calls and emails with invoice saying I didn't pay, I have sent them confirmation it came out of my account and was paid from my end. Are they doing this to others trying to get paid double? Seems kinda fishy to me. [Was very polite and explained everything in ways I could understand. I didn't have to wait days for an appointment. The lady on the phone was very nice. Derek was the technician that came out and he made me feel so much better explaining everything

ACS always does an amazing job on everything!
They installed an entire HVAC system including ducts and new vents About 2 years ago and it was amazing professional service! Even though my kids talked them to death they were very kind!
The service twice a year is well worth it! This last time a piece was found that was malfunctioning. Not system breaking at the time. But would have caused excess stress on other components which could have lead to a system failure in the middle of winter.
I highly recommend these folks!! It's a wonderful quality, family business!
