Had an initial quote done. Extremely professional and already decided to use them for the work. I appreciated the ease and information I was given.

Monarch installed a whole house dehumidifier on our hvac system they installed previously. I am always impressed with their work ethic and quality of installations. They never cut corners and their workmanship is top notch!

They were absolutely thorough and found all my heating and air conditioning problems. Time was spent taking measurements and making sure they could provide the BEST AC for my home. The quality of the Rheem system Monarch installed is so much quieter than the Goodman system that came with the house but we've had some issues with the thermostat (see below.) The system is relatively new.

The final price was the price given and what was expected. Monarch had been recommended by an air quality group that performed our air quality testing. Monarch met our high expectations. They also recommended an air quality system that will help my breathing. They also had to spend time correcting some of the fallacies from the old system's implementation.

They came when they said they were going to come. Andrew replaced a thermostat that had some system issues with one that works better for us. He is always responsive. Andrew stayed until all our questions were answered.

In my opinion, every free society requires disruption. Disruption fosters change, innovation and offers additional choices. Monarch Air, Heat, & Geothermal are agents of disruption. A smaller outfit, they outperform and out-customer service the big companies. They are NOT all about sales, bottom line money, or what they can get from the customer, and believe me I have experienced those. I had my 17-year-old heating and cooling system replaced and am very happy I chose Monarch for the job. I got four quotes from a variety of small to mid-size companies. Work was done quietly, quickly and professionally. Since the install in mid January, I have enjoyed the benefits of an efficient, well installed system. Warm and toasty I remain with the new variable speed heating system. New thermostats offer efficiency and online/phone programming and management. Added features like over-flow sensor are added, not to increase the price of the install package, but as part of a complete, functional and safe system. I cannot wait for summer time to test the features and functionality of the AC system.
