I’ve called twice to cancel my service and have been told that the cancellation team will return my message. They haven’t. Initially I called on a Thursday. No returned call. Then, I called back on a Saturday (I was told by the sales team that the cancellation team is out on the weekends and they don’t have a way to transfer me to anyone else.). Apparently, they’re more interested in receiving service than they are in maintaining it or their reputation.

During the first visit, which was to spray for a possible hornets nest, the technician was nice and explained everything. During the second visit, the tech was a little more curt. I didn’t receive a notice of if/when they showed during the third month but I am no longer in need of their service and that is enough reason to cancel it. So why is it taking so long to complete my request? Expedite it the same way you do when you process requests for initial business!

I experienced problems with fruit flies. Go-forth provided exceptional service. Thanks to Eric and the team for helping to resolve the issue. The service technicians always came out on time and provided specific services that I asked for. They were always friendly and courteous. You can't go wrong with Go-forth. They are a top notch company who cares about their clients and they provide top notch service.
