Ethan was great. He was very thorough and professional. The only issue we had was that we didn't have enough time to straighten up a bit more before he came because he came early. Better than late though!

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Go Forth’s customer service from the office team to the exterminating team and all in between. I had asked them to come out b/c I wanted preventative maintenance on my home. They came and provided an assessment and extremely fair price (they were the 3rd extermination service I had spoken to). I signed the paperwork (this was on a Friday) and went on about my business. During the weekend, I got the contract out and began reading and it was nothing like what I thought we had agreed on. So I held my breath and made the call on Monday morning explaining what I had found and wanted to cancel the agreement and get a refund. I didn’t know what to expect but what I got was the best customer service ever!! The gentleman, who came out to do the assessment was so professional l, knowledgeable and sincere I couldn’t believe he had done this intentionally I told them I wasn’t upset, to just cancel. Customer Service unbeknownst to me, called the gentleman that came out and they discovered he had chosen the wrong option and called me personally to explain and resent the correct doc. Then customer service texted me to explain. They all came together as a team and resolved my issue!!! Customer service and response second to NONE! It goes without saying, I will be a customer for a long time!! Thanks to all of you again! Craig

Been using Go-Forth for several years and happy with their service. They always come out promptly between regular service if needed. They have noticed a couple issues we would not have otherwise been aware of: a colony of termites swarming in the woods right by our home that we never would have noticed, and small openings by our AC hoses/tubes which would allow pests to enter. Appreciate their thoroughness and availability!

My initial interaction with this company was stellar and after having the technician come out, I am even happier that this is the company we went with. Ethan was very easy to talk to - he made his recommendations clearly and gave the exact steps to remedy any issues. He was also very transparent about everything he was doing and did a lot of teaching along the way which was very helpful. He also addressed any additional concerns that we had and answered all of our questions. Again, even having to need this service is a stressful and NOT fun so I’m very grateful for a company that takes away all of the headache and makes it a pleasurable experience!

Ethan was awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! I signed up for the monthly plan for basic prevention and I look forward to working with him over the coming months. 10/10 would recommend!
