    I had new furnace, ac and hot water tank installed. Everything was completely professional and the guys from Green Star were very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions I had. Installation was extremely quick and easy. Green Star came back to make sure everything was installed right and to code. I would highly recommend Green Star to anyone, they will go above and beyond to make sure your home is energy efficient, affordable and with quality products.

    They installed a new furnace in my house. They were very professional and keept me informed on what they were doing. The two were very pleasant and prompt. The furnace is working great. I was informed about the furnace and where things are also left the manual.

    Greenstar is eager to get you to sign but will cut you loose from customer support as soon as you pay them. They installed the furnace adequately but the office improperly processed the rebate and failed to take out the old unit, which was promised in the contract. They made weak excuses when we tried to contact them about these problems.

    Warning to the consumer: Do not pay in full until they complete the job in full.

    Dylan , Dan, and the heating company were awesome. They installed everything so fast and explained everything. I am excited to have a quiet furnace and so excited to have a/c which is new. Dylan and Dan signed me up with their program through the state. They took the time to explain everything to me and were very nice and professional. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. I am a little sad to see them go now that everything is done.

    Very happy I answered the front door when they were canvassing my neighborhood to promote the NYSERTA rebate program. Dylan was fantastic, patient and nonjudgmental regarding the AGE of our furnace and hot water tank. We placed both and are very happy with the service leading up to the install, the day of the install and the follow up after the install.

    Greenstar is very knowledgeable about the home efficiency process. They went above and beyond to make sure my home was correctly insulated from top to bottom. They never left a mess and followed guidelines while working in my home during COVID.
