They are Buffalo's best kept secret for energy conservation. They helped us get a boiler and tankless water heater at a very affordable rate. I strongly recommend calling Greenstar to see if you can qualify for one of their programs.

I want to thank Dan and Tara especially for going out of her way to get a furnace for me when Mine broke !! They guys that put furnace in where neat and clean !! Also had some attic insulation put in ,maybe one day in future have walls done ! Every thing moved fast and easy on the paperwork side , was great. Good company to work with !! Only thing I sad about after reading other reviews. That they do bathroom exhaust fans , my one is broke and don’t have one in my other bathroom. I wish I would of got that done while they were out.

Dylan, the salesman, and Dan, the owner, were great! Dylan was very informative, helpful, and not at all pushy. He answered all of my questions and questions I had for other people that lead me to refer 3 other people to Greenstar for the NYSERDA program. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because of the company they contract with to do the actual work, O’Donnell Heating and AC. They were highly unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend or rehire them to work in my home or someone else’s.

This company tried to charge me over $8,000 for a furnace alone and should be abolished IMMEDIATELY. How can they be allowed to get money from the state when they scam people with it? Beware of all the fake bot reviews this company pays for (All of the Google accounts only have 1 review and its for greenstar..yep totally real people haha) since they can't get real customers anymore or be fair with prices they've moved on to deception.

The services I received from GreenStar was for Home Energy Upgrades which included a home energy audit, installation of a High Efficiency Furnace, home mold evaluation, Open Cell Spray Foam Insulation for an enitire 2nd floor, and home sealing. I worked with Dan and Tara who were fantastic. They walked my wife and I through applying for a NYSERDA grant. They took us through paperwork, filing and scheduling contractors. All of the contractors from GreenStar were easy to work with. They were very respectful of our home and did professional work. The final outcome was better than I had expected. Would highly recommend GreenStar to anyone looking for home energy upgrades.

They installed our central air unit along with our tankless water heater. They showed up on time and were extremely polite. I’d recommend them to anyone who needed any ac unit or water heater installed or maintained
