Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Camilo came out and cleaned our ducts and did an excellent job. He was friendly and unobtrusive in the house. He did an awesome job cleaning our vents and ducts, which was a bog job as I don't think the previous owners had ever had them cleaned. Pictures of before and after were provided and they were 10x better! They also sanitized the ducts and cleaned out the dryer vent. I would highly recommend them!

Jose was very professional, he provided both before and after photos. There was no additional services offered and everything was completed as advertised/promised. Will definitely use again in the future.

They arrived between the 2 hour timeframe and called in advance to notify they were on their way. Very courteous, probably here for 30 minutes to clean only the dryer vent. Giving them 3 rating because they weren't able to show me what was vacuumed out, which I am aware other service companies provide.

Bellman the service professional was fabulous. Helped explain issue and promised he would solve issue. He went out of his way to help! I called this morning and they made a point to have him come out today, a Friday at 4:30pm.

The technician was early, assessed my system, and got right to work. He was very communicative, asking how to access certain vents and explaining the work while completing it. He cleaned every vent in my home, including the dryer vent/duct. He made a few recommendations before leaving and I promised to change my HVAC filter more regularly. Very pleased, highly recommend.

Had our dryer vent/line cleaned. Prompt arrival time and good communication during service. Seemed to do a very thorough job. Put everything back the way it was before leaving.

Company was very professional with timely scheduling, reminders, and technician’s arrival. The technician worked with our schedule and got the job done before we had to leave the house for another commitment. My husband was teleworking during the service but he saw the technician carry multiple bags of garbage outside, so the vents must have been very dirty! The only downside was I expected photos as I was not home and I looked forward to seeing the work that was done. I was told photos had to be requested before the job began, even though the website mentions multiple times photos included. So my only advice would be make sure to specifically ask for photos when the job starts but other than that 5 stars!
