Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, honest and courteous. On schedule and a pleasure to work with. I’m not easily impressed…I was very impressed with the service quality.

Do not use Cooney. They diagnosed my problem as being a bad switch on the furnace. I told them i would replace it since they charge travel time to pick up replacement parts. I replaced the switch and it didnt fix my problem. They charged me a $151 for something that wasnt an issue. I called another company and they diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes which was the board on the furnance. I called Cooney to explain the issue and Mark argued they felt they weren't able to troubleshoot further into the issue and the switch could been wired wrong.

Do not use these people. No customer service. They had to order a part showed up to my house with the wrong part. Unable to fix unit and still charged me $200. I now have to wait at least another week for the right part to come in and I was told it’s my fault that the vendor mailed them the wrong part. Disgusted with their lack of integrity. It was made clear that my annoyance with their lack of service was not their problem because they had other customers to tend to.

worst experience, the guy didnt know what he was doing,taking his time, milking the clock, and at the end he didnt know what was wrong with the cooler. then tried charging me for 2 hours when he was only here for 1 hour. then when i paid the guy, his boss calls me up saying to never call back again because he wanted larger bills such as 100's. lol what a joke these people are, worst service, UN PROFESSIONAL !!!!!!

They were thoughtful and generous in their efforts to make it right. We r so thankful for for their perseverance . Being senior citizens we found them to be respectful and curteous during this very difficult situation. We cannot rate them high enough for the gift of thoughtfulness and caring they gave to us. They came out quickly and gave us an honest price. The parts that were under warranty were covered. We wouldn't have known, and they could have charged for them. Will call for any future needs.

A pipe burst at 4:30 this afternoon. Joe got Cooney over here within an hour or so and he is taking care of it so that our guests can have a warm night's sleep. Thanks for your quick service.

I just purchased a house, and recently found the gas furnace in my house is not working,so i called Cooney, The technician came found out that the wiring of new AC installed by previous owner of the house is messed up,it makes the furnace not function well,so the technician went up and down stairs,outside and inside the house like 20 times to rewire furnace and AC,explaining everything I asked,finally solved the problem,good and experienced,trusted company.

It was a hot and humid Friday evening. The technician arrived in a timely manner, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the needed part in stock on his service truck. Up and running in no time!

Cooney air conditioning is top-notch and fair. I needed service work on my AC and within a day or two they were at my home servicing my AC.
