I would use them as a last resort because their parts are 33% higher than home depot. I bought a delta push button diverter and their price was $35.48. Home depot's price was $20.97. Home depot also sold a no name brand called danco for $14.97.

First time I dealt with them and they had the igniter for my furnace. Had to wait a day, but still wayyy faster than anyone online and for a comparable price. Will go back there if I ever need parts. Staff is really nice and was very eager to make sure they get the right item for me.

Although they didn't stock the brand of parts I needed, the gentlemen at the counter were extremely helpful. Oh, and did I mention they were open on a Saturday ? No one else is ! Thanks for being there in my hour of need.
