Had the crew from Rochester , install a new Heat pump system, including a heat pump water tank...
Very impressed with the overall job and the system works flawlessly

I would give 10 stars if possible! Patrick has been amazing from start to finish. We were having trouble with our heat pump and the local company that installed it charged us a small fortune, didn't really fix it and never returned our calls after that. When I called Hughesco and told Patrick the problem he went out of his way to acquire the parts which were difficult to obtain due to the pandemic and the manufacturer phasing out our model. Patrick was able to identify and fix the problem for less than we were charged by the previous company for no fix. I cannot sing his praises enough. He is kind, professional and has great expertise. I feel confident in trusting all our future heating and cooling needs to Hughesco.

Justin R. is the representative for my area. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and very accessible. He helped me get the products and service that was perfect for my situation. The company (Hughesco) is very easy to deal with. They explained the entire process in detail, and communicated at every step of the schedule. I would recommend this company before checking with anyone else!

We had purchased a lake house that was seasonal, and contacted Seth in regards to fully insulating it. We had blown in insulation done, as well as spray foam on the areas they could not use the blown in. Seth then recommended a mini split heating and cooling system, which we also had installed. We could not be happier! The installation crews were fantastic. Seth is the best. Everyone arrived on time, clean up was spotless. Highly Recommend!!!

I worked with Justin Rawnsley when my water heater died. He got me set up with a top of the line Rheem water heater. Despite being very busy, they were able to get me on the schedule and installed in only 3 days. My installer Pat was very fast and professional and even went out of his way to take care of some other small issues I had without being asked... very helpful well worth the money

There is nobody better than Justin Rawnsley this man went above and beyond his job to get me approved for a whole house insulation a hot water tank and furnace Co and smoke detectors new thermostat the insulators were polite and quike the furnace and hot water tank men all were great very impressed with how quike this whole prosser took

Justin Rawnsley helped me out tremendously with getting a new hot water tank. He was very organized and professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about helping me get qualified for energy financing as well as assessing home energy-using systems. Justin was able to get me a hot water tank as well as new blown in insulation for free. His continuous work ethic and commitment to help me obtain a new safe and energy efficient hot water tank was above and beyond outstanding. I recently had my furnace and hot water tank installed by Orest. He did an excellent job and was very pleasant and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He took the time to show me how to care for my products on my own and how to locate and change the filters. I would highly recommend his services in the future.
