AC repair technicians performed thorough troubleshooting until they found the issue and they did not charge an excessive amount.

The technicians that installed our new water heater were awesome. Very courteous and professional. On a rainy day, they went out of their way to make sure that they didn’t track mud through the house. Used new boot covers each time they reentered the house and put down drop cloths from the front door to both work locations in our house. After the installation was complete, they cleaned up everything. No extra parts, pieces or garbage were left behind at all. We will definitely recommend Hawn Heating and Air Conditioning to all our family and friends.

Great experience with Austin for dryer vent cleaning! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and our duct was very clogged so he had to use a variety of ways to clear it and always conscientious about minimizing lint inside the house. Had gotten a few estimates and Hawn very competitive, plus being an old trusted company.

The previous owner was super smart with his money, so it was a no-brainer I just continued to have the same servicing business. I think besides having my AC serviced, my heater serviced, my chimney inspected, I also had my water heater replaced. Pricing, quality, professionalism, easy appointments… all AAA standard.

Pro: the person who came in summer for AC had a quick look at the water heater and recommended me to replace before all of a sudden having cold shower in the winter time since it was really on its last leg. I procastinated and lost hot water one day, but they were able to quote a very good price plus next day service for me. Another time I was shopping for a new air filter and wandering in Home Depot I forgot what size I needed. So, I gave it a shot, I called them and surprisingly the sweet lady at reception was able to look the make and model up and tell me the correct dimensions. Both the AC and heater are also in their last years but finger crossed, they are almost 40 years old thanks to great maintenance ;)

(They left a tiny tool bit at my home, I offered to send it in by mail, the same lady on the same date was able to track down the guys who serviced my home and confirm they indeed were missing one tool bit. Instead of having me send a mail, they were ok with me leaving the piece in my mailbox and they came pick it up the next day, I like how we could communicate like a small tight community between small businesses and local customers like that.)

I called Hawn because I'd seen several of thier installations and always found them functioning well and neatly installed. The Hawn team was quick to respond and assess retrofitting AC on my existing furnace and scheduled the installation within a week. Pete and Ernie were prompt and efficient with thier install. They dealt immediately with unforeseen issues and had good support from Mike and Aaron to make the necessary adjustments. They were generous with their expertise and fully explained the derails of operating and caring for the equipment they installed. I'm very pleased with the service from Hawns and recommend them highly.

The pricing was fair and the technician was helpful. He went above and beyond in showing us the AC air filter and cleaning the outdoor unit. Would definitely recommend over Isaac.

Have an annual maintenance contract which we find very practical. Service appointments are planned when in advance. Tech is prompt and meticulous with service.
