I called and schedule a weekday afternoon appointment due to being available that one day. I was told diagnostic testing would be $250 for my issue with my AC unit.

They called me 3 hours before to confirm my appointment for that day and cost of $250 for diagnostic testing and additional repairs would cost extra. I was fine with it as long as it was fixed due to the rising temperatures.
I called them 10 minutes after they didn’t show. The guy says my appointment was moved to the following day in the morning and that the diagnostic testing would $400 but they would give me a discount…

I don’t know who I was talking with because it was not the same person who I spoke to, who told me it would be $250 for diagnostic testing, twice.

Highly recommend Peregrine HVAC. The entire job was handled in a timely and professional manner! They helped us every step of the way and clearly explained the services and warranty and how things should go. Installation day was the next day and those gentleman were awesome as well, all work was done promptly and professionally. I saw no remnants of any type of work being done at our home. Best part is, they offer the best prices.

My experience with Peregrine Heating and Cooling was amazing! The unit in my house was old the incorrect size and so it was barely working. I had gotten quite a few quotes from other companies before choosing to go with Peregrine Heating and Cooling based on the EXTREMELY fair quote they gave along with the time they gave in helping me decide which unit would be the best fit based on the house size and my needs. They came in the same week and completed the entire project in just two days! Very prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Definitely would call them again if need be. HIGLY recommend!
