Stay away from this shady company. Will try to take your money before looking at anything and will rarely return your calls. Soonest follow up is a week later then drop it on you. Plenty of companies will come sooner and charge less with much better customer service.
-Update 7/25 Got a call from the general manager who apologized and assisted in my complaint. Agreed that the front end customer service requires great improvement. Raised the review 1 start as he agreed to help.
Hmmm. Despite the less than high ratings they have here, I had a good experience with Lion. They came once to diagnose the problem, told me what the price would be, returned it on time and even came back to tweak a small problem at no charge. Very good with email communications which is all I ask! I thought the price was fair, although I didn't shop around (shame on me).
This place likes to Scam you. Creates fake invoices and you'll have a hard time disputing this through your credit card. This place never did any service but took my credit card information down. Then they started charging me. I'm just warning others to avoid at all costs.

I am a formal employee of this great company Lion enterprises .No longer am I with this great company , I worked with lion for almost 8 months so there for I have nothing to gain by writing such a review Let me start by telling you that the owner John Liontos is the best Boss anyone can have he sincerely cares about the customers and his employees A boss can make an employee look foward to getting up and going to work in the morning while other bosses can make you dread to get out of bed.John Liontos has a natural gift for motivating his employee , He gained my admiration and respect , He models high ethical standards and sets similar expectations for his employees.John makes an effort to know all his employees on a personal level he shows compassion and sensitvity towards his employees making them feel valued and respected, There for if you are thinking to receive services from lion enterprises you will be in good hands My ex-co workers Tim K (phone ) , Mike B, and David S, were the best co-workers anyone can ask for these gentleman sincerely care about taking care of the customers . I recommend this company hands down .
