Was not good the staff did not help only one man working the registers. Not a good place to go I just picked up went to Harbor Freight the staff was more helpful there.

This place is terrible, it takes them 45 minutes to service 1 customer. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place .

Extremely professional and efficient with great COVID-19 safety practices. I had to wait a bit to enter, but I was able to wait in my car.

How can you hire employees at grainger industrial supply who has ABSOLUTELY NO TYPE of customer skills you walk in and say good morning they walk away then when it becomes OBVIOUS you return with an ATTITUDE as if I'm begging you something. I'm here to spend my money, so guess what GRAINGER you just lost and entire chain of customers, have a nice day.

It's like Walmart tons of open registers no one to help. Only reason I go here my boss tells me to if we didn't have a account here would never ever come here 10 ppl working 1 person helping

If you lost, on parts for HVAC....grainger is the solution...
