I was on the phone with customer service for half an hour hoping to get a response from this branch to stay open for 3 extra minutes to get a part I ordered. needless to say I showed up at 4 PM they're closing time and I had the door slammed in my face. I had sent the request to stay open more than 30 minutes before closing. I am now stuck and out of money due to this business blatant lack of care for the customer. ALSO WHAT CHAIN OF STORES DOES NOT HAVE A NUMBER TO CALL A BRANCH WITH. I'm sitting on the phone with a corporate call center that's able to do almost nothing with the actual store itself. NOT EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN GET IN CONTACT WITH THE STORE. This stores horrific treatment to me has made me never want to come here again. I would not care if the product is cheaper or even better than its competitors they have lost me forever because of this.

This place needs to have more people at the registers. Don’t get me wrong, the people know their stuff but need extra hands at the register. It feels like you’re waiting on line here for a year.

This store is a place you can shop an old fashioned way. No walking between aisles but you got a professional help from the salesman/cashier. It’s cool for someone who is coming here on a regular basics. But if you just want to go in and out fast, not the perfect place for you.

Called the store to place an order, some condescending tech support picks up the phone. Told him I'd like to place an order with a salesperson, he goes "There's no salesperson available for you". I said "What do you mean? Do you want me to call back?". He goes "There's no salesperson available for you. I don't think you know how our store works".
Called again, a different woman picks up. "Hi, I'd like to order 10 ft pipes, 13 of them". She goes "So.... is 8 of them plenty?".
The place seems to be run by untrained middle schoolers. What a joke.

We ordered a walkie stacker for moving. Waited for 5 days to pick up. Customer service told us it is available to pickup after 2pm on Friday but no-one told us they close at 3pm. It is odd to close it this time, we should be warned by them. Obviously we are not shopping from grainger everyday. Tomorrow is Saturday, moving day we don’t know how to do it now.

This store is great, very helpful and they had exactly what I wanted. Nobody had the security screw driver bits I needed that other home d store is horrible no help at all. But Graingers staff was great.
