TERRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.They took my money first day when they come to buy part and promised to come back on the same day. They didn't make it back and again promised to come back the next morning. They came in half hour and the repair didn't succeed. They mentioned they got a wrong part and will leave and come back and didn't come back. Throughout the afternoon, I made multiples phone calls to the office making sure the tech will come back or else I will need to find another company ( it was 90 degree outside and a store had no AC ) so I can ensure I have AC working by the end of day. I was again told they have enough men to work and will definitely come back. They promised to come back at 7 or 8pm , this is too late for me , and I have fight for an earlier time which at the end they promised to come at 5pm. I waited a hour and no tech came. I called the office, and was told another silly excuse that they can't make it. (how can they again didn't inform customer that their tech can't make it after an hour late for the set time). After that, they AGAIN promised to come the next day (again) between 11 and 1pm. In the morning around 10am, I spoke to the Manager Isaac to not send any tech because I have zero trust with them anymore. I just want my money back. He offered me to send a better technician (this implies their company is not professional at all and simply send out a tech without someone who is more experience then charge you and not do the job correctly). He offered me either the end of the day or first thing next morning. (AGAIN ! this mean they have no intention at all to send tech over for the appointment that set between 11 and 1pm) . What more is his attitude. He was rude and refuse to send my money back and advise me to go ahead with legal action. He insisted me to pay for a part that he bought but never got installed in my unit and they took my part away which was in the unit originally. After this long story, if you decide still to use this company, good luck!
