Andy responded at a time that was difficult for most when I first met him. He serviced my split unit and installed a brand new compressor for the main part of my house. Very honest and doesn't try to rehash you on unnecessary services like other local companies.

My family and I arrived in Montauk one evening mid March to find our heating units broken. Not knowing what to do because the person who serviced our units had died from COVID-19, I did a Google search for heating and air-conditioning services near me. Hamptons Quality Heating and Cooling was the nearest I emailed them that night expecting to hear back in a few days

I got a phone call the next morning at about 7:30 AM and the units were fixed by that afternoon. The owner is extremely responsible and courteous and I highly recommend the company

We had two new furnace replacements installed and brand new A/C. The Hamptons crew were friendly, courteous and professional and they did all that in just 2 1/2 days.
