I highly recommend Hamptons Quality Heating and Cooling. They respond to calls promptly, and provide quick service. When we finally did replace our ancient heating and central air conditioning systems, we found them to be very reasonable, knowledgeable, quick, clean, and easy to work with. Great company.

This is the worst company with which I have ever done business. They take your credit card and charge it without permission and without communication. After dozens of requests asking them to communicate by telephone, text or by United States postal service mail, they continued to communicate exclusively by email which was a robot email. Their service contract covered NOTHING at all but was simply a “customer rate” of service for everything. When we attempted to communicate that WE are the customer (not them) they seemed confused. Just dreadful. I finally was forced to cancel my credit card to make them stop taking my money.

Techs were pleasant, neat and knowledgeable of the problem and not only diagnosing the cause in minutes but actually had the repair parts in their truck. Didn't give a 5 star rating because they advertise 24/7 service and yes you do get a live answering service, but there's no techs available on the weekend.

I’ve had a couple of summers where my AC went out last minute, in crazy heat waves and with a baby to keep comfortable. I’ve never had to worry about it very long as Hamptons quality heating and cooling has always helped fix my issue quickly, especially considering that I had a baby whose temperature needs are crucial to healthy sleeping. I was in a panic. I was living the boat and we had a persistent problem of my a/c shutting down. I gave HQ a call on a recommendation from another owner. It was high season and HQ was in high demand. They were great. They responded and had me up and running that night at 8 PM. The problem wasn’t completely resolved more was needed. They scheduled a bigger window for the repair , showing up and completing the job when they said.They are professional, knowledgeable and respectful of the property. I would recommend and use without hesitation.

His knowledge of technical issues joined with his state of the art technology addressed then solved my problem. To boot he had estimated it would take 3 hours and he completed the job in 2. His scheduling and billing support is done seamlessly via email and text. No Muss No Fuss. He rocks!!
