PerfecTemp Heating and Air Conditioning

5 Stars! Condenser fan was not operating resulting in no cooling. I called at 5PM on a Friday. They advised they could come that night but at a higher after hours cost and advised it would be cheaper if I could wait until the morning which I happily agreed with. Pat from PerfecTemp arrived in the morning as scheduled. He promptly diagnosed a bad capacitor and replaced it all within about 10 minutes. AC has been running absolutely perfect since. Professional, honest, local (to me). I would not hesitate to call them again.

Would highly recommend Perfect Temp. I have 2 rental properties that I wanted to replace old ductless AC units that were out of date and weren’t performing correctly. I asked around and did some research and this company worked out better than I could expected. Chris and Pat couldn’t of been more respectful, clean, and knowledgeable than most. They did a great job and explained everything I needed to know and answered all my annoying questions. Will definitely pass along my pleasure with this company.

I reached out to the company to install mini splits at my house. They showed up on time and did a perfect install. I reached out to them again because I was having issues with my gas boiler and Pat was able to diagnose the issue and repair it immediately. The last call was to add antifreeze to my boiler and once again on time, polite, and professional. Highly recommend this company.

The service i got from PerfecTemps crew were spot on! I called for an emergency with my heat [in the dead of winter] they showed up on time,evaluated my issue and fixed it in a timely manor, they were respectful and made sure the area they were working on was cleaned before they left. I would highly recommend this company. I will be scheduling another visit to get my AC done!
