My elderly mom was having issues with her gas burner, and Brian came out several times on very short notice to get it running. In the end, the burner was beyond permanent repair and needed to be replaced. Brian expedited the order of new equipment and even had his team drive from eastern Long Island to New Jersey to pick up the new burner, as he did not want my Mom to be displaced from her home for too long. Burner was installed and heat is working again. I highly recommend this company for their personalized and compassionate service - they truly care about their customers. Thanks again!

My furnace needed replacement and PerfecTemp had that perfect score. So I gave the business to Brian, Chris and Pat. The 5-star reviews are entirely warranted. They are all about professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. Within 2 days of discovering the problem, a new furnace was installed. Couldn't for the life of me get my burner to stay running. Threw new parts at it and nothing. They came and got it running and stayed to make sure it would stay running. Temps dropping low this week and now no worries.
