After a positive experience with a AC repair at my sons home I did not hesitate to call them when I was having a problem with my AC.
It is very nice to find a local company that you can call on and trust.

Guys arrived on time and kept me posted on what they were doing during my AC repair. Gave me a reasonable estimate of what it would cost to replace if necessary. Great customer service and very professional! I will use them again!

Honest, honest, honest......I can't say enough about a good honest small business!!!!! Highly recommend. Honest pricing, didn't upsell anything, came and fixed exactly what I asked for. A/C wasn't working right, I did all the preventative maintenance myself and found the fan motor outside was shot. Called near the end of the business day and not only did I get a person I got the person that would be coming out to do the repair (not a computer answering service or a scheduling dept that can't give you any info) Got put on the schedule for the next day, morning of got a quote for the job once the parts were priced, showed up on time, replace my fan motor, fan blades and capacitor, checked and topped off my system with refrigerant (old system that will eventually need to be replaced) didn't push me to replace it now, was honest and upfront. Agreed to my request not to check out anything inside my house since I have a medical high risk baby daughter during all this covid stuff. I can't say enough good things, these are the type of small businesses that make these difficult times/repairs easier on your mind and wallets. The big companies wanted me to wait days and have me sign legal waivers because I didn't want them to go inside my house during a pandemic yet still charge me for their inside services, and talk about up charges on the big companies "wow we charge alot more for that" one big company told me when I was comparing prices.....smart home heating and cooling you have a customer for life!!!!!!!

These guys were great. Super nice and professional. They went the extra mile to ensure our new ac was in correctly (even going to Home Depot for soil to level out our lawn) I definitely recommend these guys

Hands down THE best hvac guys in WNY. I had an extremely old and inefficient oil fired boiler system. Alot of companies I called were too expensive and didnt seem to know quite what to do (the boiler is in a tricky spot)i called smart home and they had a clear solution at a great price. they installed a new gas high efficiency combination boiler in an expert manner. They were extremely reasonable in their pricing, and they impressed me with their ability, skills during the installation. I would not hesitate to call them on any hvac need I have.
Edit: I had them install a ductless ac system, as good work as the boiler!

Joe was very courteous, answered all our questions, and completed the work in a timely manner. Price was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Jake and Greg were both incredibly respectful, competent, and prompt guys who showed up less than an hour after I called them in. Solved my issue and did great and explaining everything to me along the way.

We had an AC problem during the hottest days of COVID-19 pandemic. Problem was very hard to diagnose since it was due to a power surge last November in our area. Techs were knowledgeable and had to go above and beyond to diagnose and then to even get the parts we needed. Definitely recommend
