I have been using Fredonia Heating and Plumbing for years for both my residential home and a rental property I used to own. From the moment of placing my call to them (even in times of stress) I am greeted calmly and cordially and given time to explain the issues I need repaired. They have always been prompt in their service calls and prepared to work when they arrive. Dan and his crew are personable, professional, and clean doing their best to minimize any intrusion into your home. The quality of work they provide is second to none and they always go above and beyond with their personal touch to make sure that the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend Fredonia Heating and Plumbing for any repairs you may need. They are a prime example of what a good Fredonia family business should be!

I have used this company with good satisfaction over the years but am increasingly disappointed with their responsiveness for routine matters . They are good with very urgent matters but more routine matters seem to never make it to the top of their list . I have been waiting several months for a dripping pipe to be attended to and a blocked sink drain . They promise “in a few days when we get a chance “ , that is understandable. However , their ballpark estimates are getting longer and frequently missed . Neighbors report similar experiences . Time for us to find an alternative company .

The absolute best experience when in need of heating repairs or service. Always quick, reasonable and personable. Have had a new gas line for a pool installed, hot water tank, and furnace repairs from them in the past. Highly recommend!

Called to get a new toilet or have my current toilet fixed. I was told I would be called between Wednesday and Friday(I called on a tuesday) when someone was available to do the work. Here I am almost 4 weeks later and NO call whatsoever?! VERY unprofessional and I will NEVER do business with them again! Call Guginos at least they respond!

When I was confronted with an early AM plumbing emergency Dan did not hesitate to make himself available in resolving what could have been a disastrous situation. Fredonia Heating & Plumbing responded and offered immediate solutions where numerous other local and area plumbers never answered or responded to my desperate calls.

Thank you ! Sump pump failed and basement filled with about a foot of water. Fredonia Heating & Plumbing come over quickly and accessed the situation, replaced sump pump and used a larger pump to suck out the water. Within 4 hours the basement was mostly water free and now we can start the clean up. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Fredonia Heating & Plumbing is my 'go to' plumber in Fredonia!!

They are my "go to" plumbing service. They respond very quickly to emergency situations and are very professional. Their office gal is very helpful too! A great group of people that are willing to help you when needed.
