Our furnace died (in June of all things) and the installer no longer serviced Chautauqua. Gugino to the rescue. The service people were here quickly. They were very professional, as was the front office. I highly recommend them!

I called for a repair of my furnace and had a technician arrive in a couple of hours. Robert fixed my furnace within an hour. Definitely recommend.

I was apprehensive... and then very nervous when I went into the room where the plumber accessed the pipes only to find the room flooded!!! It got cleaned up and nothing was permanently damaged even though a rug was soaked through and i had a load of towel laundry to do. It was a rookie mistake which prompted me to call the office. They assured me I had their best guy, so I watched and waited patiently. Pretty sure he felt awful and was embarrassed and bent over backwards to answer my questions and accommodate a request. In the end it all turned out fine and we are very happy with what they did for us.

Well done. Came within the hour for gas leak behind stove. Had a person on-call. I called them on a Sunday afternoon, 4th of July weekend. Also added a shut off behind the stove , secured the hard line and re-lit all the other gas appliances. Professional , courteous, reasonable price.

They came and worked on our furnace repaired it very quickly.. very reasonable prices. Definitely will recommend them!!

Very poorly, without securing it installed an exhaust vent for us. When it detached and came down after the first snow, they tried to say that it was somehow our fault and that vents don't attach very well to metal roofs. The vent we had up before the one they installed, was in place for twenty years on a metal roof. He finally took responsibility and fixed their mistake, but not without us having to be assertive and argue why the job wasn't done correctly. It was an expensive job to have the work executed so poorly and then have to deal with a hassle and their bs.
