    Buffalo Energy is the company that ultimately fixed an improper insulation job at my house. The technicians were very nice, very respectful and very knowledgable. They did a thorough job and were able to explain where the gaps from the previous company were. The technicians even came inside my home twice to check to see if any of the blown-in insulation had come inside through any small holes/cracks. I felt a difference in the warmth of my home immediately. Thank you Buffalo Energy!

    Needed a furnace installed asap and Buffalo Energy was able to complete the job quickly with a knowledgeable and respectful crew in a very short window of time. Great communication and support through the process, highly recommended!

    Began with Buffalo Energy with an energy assessment followed by installation of insulation about 8 years ago. Followed up this year with basement rim joist sealing for final draft abatement. The crews have always been professional and courteous and do not leave any mess behind.

    5 stars from estimate, through scheduling, all the way to follow up. Ken guaranteed results and Glen and team delivered. I was most impressed by their willingness to send a team back to ensure things were done perfectly. Buffalo Energy left no trace other than a noticeably warmer home.

    What a great company. They spent 3 days insulating our home with spray foam and they were very polite and professional the entire time. Glen was the lead and made sure to explain the whole process and was very thorough with the job, and Ken(owner) came out afterwards and did a final walkthrough before the job was signed of on. Ken was also very informative and polite.

    We had a new furnace, central air, and a tankless water heater installed by Buffalo Energy. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service provided starting with our first phone call through installation. As promised, there has been a significant decrease in both our electric and gas bills. Thank you, Buffalo Energy!

    I'm less than impressed with my recent install, as I've have to contact the company more than once now regarding their installation of a furnace. The 1st incident - with no heat for 24 hours, only to find a technician error was the cause. And I currently have a call from 2 days ago now that has still been unanswered regarding why my new furnace is not blowing out warm air at 72 and my old furnace was able to overheat the entire home at 68. I am still waiting for a response from Jenny and her husband now

    Your aunt seemed completely satisfied with her new furnace. Once we determined whose install you were referring to, we did come to see if there was a problem with the duct work that led to the room you were staying in....did it improve this past winter for you?

    Completely satisfied is not an accurate response for my Senior Aunt. What you are interpreting as satisfaction, is simply complacency because she didn't know how else to explain to your techs what the problem was. The pipes leaked water, the lukewarm to cool air came from the vents and still continued to come through the vents throughout the winter. The air is so cool that it wouldn't warm anything in front of a vent. To answer your question, no it did not improve over the past winter.

    My neighbor had this horrible company come out to do her installation and the workers very unprofessional smoking , using derogatory and profanity statements. Ruined and dirtied our yard didn’t clean up . Did not ask permission to come in our yard . Horrible service I guess cause it’s a city program - free doesn’t always mean good customer service .

    After several calls to this establishment and getting different quotes when asked to do the same jobs I went against my bad judgement and committed to do an entire overhaul for a new building I was setting up. My sales rep whom I trusted to provide a proper assessment and quote of the work being done later turned out to be my absolute worst nightmare. Fast forward to 4 months past their original ETA not only did the final invoice end up being 2.5X the amount the work completed was embarrassing to say the least. The restaurant I was constructing lost a substantial amount of creditability with my customers and after everything I had to get another company to come out and redo all the work. Several items were not up to safety code. I have tried to get this matter resolved several times but frankly even if they come out to do the work I wouldn't trust it to be done correctly. Shame on you BEI, you not only took money directly out of my pockets but that of my family as well.

    Nice people, but cancelled my energy audit appointment twice before finally coming out. My friends told me their appointment was cancelled once as well. Audit was fairly well put together, they found a couple good items we didn't know about.
