“Frank” came over to my property the same day I called in and went over the system with me . With only couple of days, he sent me the proposal for entire system, very detailed breakdown and pricing that none else was able beat them (I compare to two other big and well known companies ) .
We schedule date and time for installation ,they showed up in time and finish the job within few days . Very professional and I strongly suggest them to everybody out there .

I hired Hamptons Air Heating and Air Conditioning for a big job involving revamping my entire heating and cooling system. From the very first day, I could not have been more pleased. I got excellent advice when it came to choosing the new system without any attempt to talk me into anything. All the technicians were knowledgeable. They explained everything to me as they worked in my house. I would get regular messages about when they were expected to arrive. Everyone was courteous and patient when it came to working around my furniture. Several times several of the technicians stayed late in order to work through a problem. It was an unexpected pleasure and made this major renovation project entirely bearable. I also appreciated the overall professionalism with which they constantly checked their own work to confirm that they had done everything necessary, in regular communication with the office and the foreman of the job who spent a great deal of time on the site himself. Highly recommended.

The entire Hamptons Air Experience from beginning to end was seamless, perfectly timed and executed. I grew up and worked in practically every facet of the service industry in the Hamptons my entire life, and retired from my own contracting business before covid because of the growth poor quality and lack of pride in workmanship and professionalism. Hamptons Air exhibited those qualities, and are growing their business correctly.

Hamptons Air installed a heat pump-based heating and air conditioning system in my 1890's 2 story house, which included all the ducting and electric connections required. Their staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and completed the installation on time, and on budget. They also cleaned their work site each evening before leaving.

I would definitely use Hamptons Air again.

Salesman Frank made purchasing the new Heating and AC System very efficient. Installation team was fabulous, supervised by the install manager Milton. The install took two days and the team cleaned up after themselves each day leaving our home spotless. We would highly recommend Hamptons Air. There service is outstanding.
