I am a Plitnick home fuel customer, so I called them when I needed plumbing service ( No water from bathroom sink). It was a big mistake and I was totally disappointed. The plumber was not competent and not efficient. Spent the time to do something not direct related or to fix the problem. I had to called the office right after he left to report my concern. The office is "professional" but not helpful. No results after multiple calls, I still had the same problem as he walked in - No water from bathroom sink, after paying his time at professional labor rate and the parts. I have to pay additional if I want them to send someone to finish the job.

I highly recommend Plitnick for any of your plumbing, Heating or AC needs. They are an excellent service and high quality company. Very reasonable prices as well. They will continue to be my first and only call when the need arises.

Cliff was at my house within 15 minutes of my call. Ok, so he was finishing a job nearby, but it's still commendable. He got my furnace up and running within an hour. Extremely personable. Will always use Plitnick in future!

We recently had a situation where we needed plumbing and permits before we were able to finalize the sale of our house. Tony Alois and the rest of the Plitnick team helped us manage a very stressful situation and worked tirelessly to help us get it resolved as soon as possible.

Hot water heater went out just before a holiday weekend. Called them at 7 am and had a new unit installed by 10:30. Wow!
