The guy was very nice on the phone, spent his time explaining what was wrong with my AC, did not push to sell a new unit. Very honest and professional. Didn't change for a consultation. Highly recommended!

Called this company and spoke to some guy who doesn't really allow the other person to speak. We then spoke via text message and everything seemed to be going well. After a few texts I asked the guy for a total price and suddenly he didn't reply ever again. Asked him again if he still wanted the job. I'm still waiting on his reply and am sure I'll never get one.

I called with a few questions on why my window unit was freezing up and they answered all my questions and made suggestions on what to try to do to fix it. I'm going to try the suggestions but if that doesn't work i will indeed be call back and working with the cause they gave good professional advice. Thanks juiles.

I randomly called mikes air conditioning. Spoke to howard. What an educational experience i had speaking to him. I Simply called to get my air conditioner fixed And ended up getting knowledge from him. He asked me to look into the air conditioner and see if i saw any dots. As i looked i saw tons of them. I had noticed dots before but never paid any mind to it. But when he told me it was mold i was shocked. Of all things i am allergic to mold. Ive had a few surgeries because of deposits of mold/fungus in my nose which went up to my brain. (i know it sounds disgusting) but its true. If i hadnt spoken to howard i would still have had my ac fixed and be using it. Thank you howard for saving me the pain. The best part is he didnt charge me anything for consultation and advice. Howard was extremely helpful and solved my problem without wasting money and time on a service call since I have a much older AC. Very honest and now I know where to look for a new AC next year.
