They know exactly what they are doing and did my central air repair after multiple companies couldn't figure out what the issue was. Will definitely be using this company again if I have any more issues. 👏

Horrible company!! I feel it is important to say that an HVAC system works as a whole. If the actual problem was not discovered and taken care of when it should have been, the system is then strained and parts start to go bad. We HAD to use them when we bought our house as they were the only company that could install a new HVAC unit before we closed On our house. This was 2014 and we were charged $8000 plus. Since the install we have had them come out and fix duct work many times. Yet the duct work kept falling down. The duct work that was the issue was where the new and old met each other. Drain pan issues each time also (we actually called another company because Classic Home Services never really fixed it). In between using them we used other companies to come out and clean the unit. Now the unit is 8 years old and they have been out twice within 30 days time of each other. Our first call was supposed to be a maintenance call and to try and figure out why we had high humidity. First guy did troubleshooting and found a problem, but his boss (the owner) said not to worry about it. Dude was super upset and thought the unit would fail on a really hot day. WELL HE WAS CORRECT!! Strain on the unit now causing more issues. Two weeks later the unit stopped blowing cold air. We got told we were not getting charged a second service call fee because it was within 30 days of the first call. Second dude came out and wants to charge $500 to spray our unit with a hose and to replace the run capacitor. Which mind you took him 15 min tops. Another few weeks pass and our blower stops working. I spoke with the owner who told me to find service another place. HE REFUSES TO STAND BEHIND HIS WORK!! He just wants to keep charging more and more for his failures to fix issues that should have been done the first time. We also had another guy come out and he tell us we have a great deal of air leakage under our house from a bad install. So, they never did a good job from the start.

Manny arrived on time and went the extra mile for central air repair and fixing the damage. He even spent extra time working on the damage to prevent us from replacing a part that would have cost a lot more money. Would definitely recommend them! 👌

They introduced another unit at my mother's place, the unit had issues, and the house wasn't cooling. A few professionals, alongside the help chief, dealt with the unit for a few days until the issue was settled. Extremely content with the amazing skill of the organization. The establishment was extremely perfect. I'd suggest this organization as it was prescribed to us. 👍💯

I found this company through internet advertise, made appointment online for a technician come to estimate the work. Mark came to our house to estimate for mini split unit and replace the oil heater right on time as the appointment. Even our house was still a mess because we just moved in , Mark and Nick still spend time with us and explain for us how the system work and how to apply for the loan. Classic could give me a quote which is very good plus their financial option is unbeatable. They are very professional when I meet a problem and need help. Mark always call me back and stay in touch. They are real company and will do what they say.

A/C decided to stop working in a heat wave. One call to Classic Home Services, and they sent a tech out to access the issue. Within two hours, we had our A/C working. Shout to the repair guy. He did an awesome job and was extremely professional and courteous. Thanks again, guys! A plus service all the way.

I've been using Classic Home Services for a few years now. They always treat me right. weather its a repair or even some tech support on the phone. Now it was time tp replace my old boiler with the ductless system. Once again they went above and beyond my expectations. With great rebates I was offered it made it an easy buy. I'm just thankful for the great service I received once again.
