This company is exceptional! I recommend them 100 percent. Nick and his team had me back up and running with AC on the hottest day within 5 mins after my electrician didn’t install my thermostat correctly. Classic Home Service were so efficient and professional from the moment I called them in a panic and they got to me quickly within the hour they assured me fixing the problem and going above and beyond to make sure my household central air was in working order, not just then but for the future. Nick and his team were wonderful from beginning to end. I had 2 furnaces installed and did my research before selecting this company. The communication was open the entire time. They were efficient, reliable, and trustworthy. If this were an Olympic year, this company would be a gold medal winner, since it is not I will have to give them 10 stars out of 5. I had a problem with my boiler, called classic services and Nick came to inspect the boiler. There was another problem, I already bought a what they call a knockdown boiler. I had so much problem finding someone that would install it . Nick came to my rescue and gave me a reasonable price. Marino and 3 other men came by and assembled the knockdown boiler that I bought , for 1 day. I had my heater up and working that same day. Thank you so much for your excellent service .Very professional. I just want you guys to know that from now on, I will be recommending Classic Home Services to all the people that I know . Quick Summary: Do not trust Nick, do not give Classic Home Services your money. They do not stand by their work, they will not correct their mistakes & negligence, and will ignore your calls when called out. They are not Carrier certified, although they will lie and tell you they are.

Full story:
Had Nick install new HVAC in my home, and a split unit. First issue was they 'by mistake' installed the cheapest split unit they can find from Carrier, I had to check model numbers, which I did & they did not match what we agreed upon. After a lot of back and forth, and because Nick was not paid yet, they removed the cheap unit and installed what we agreed upon. I should have stopped it all here but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Then came the HVAC install; lots of issues. Had 2 certified Carrier reps come out to inspect & both reported the same issues.
-Incorrectly sized return, causing system to run badly/noisy/inefficiently
-drains incorrectly installed & dangerous
-emergency water pan switch not installed or configured in the system
-badly unsealed duct work, with major loss

Provided this information to Nick & Classic Home Services, requested a reasonable amount back to have issues fixed by a certified installer. Nick gave me the run around for months, said they would refund, then stopped answering my calls & blocked me - now cannot get anyone on the phone. Been 3 months. I have given them every opportunity to do the right thing. Terribly disappointing. I wish them the best and hope they can do better in the future, but I would/could never recommend them in any way.

I had a new boiler installed after my old one finally broke down for good. I gave classic home services a call after a friend of mine had a similar issue and with his boiler. I was very impressed by level of professionalism they had. They made sure all my questions were answered before and after the work was completed. They were extremely neat cleaned up after themselves and installed my boiler in one day.
