While previous HVAC people came, told us we needed to replace our minisplit, and then failed to follow up with a quote for the replacement, Daniel troubleshooted the issue so that our unit is working again--WITHOUT needing an expensive replacement. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Thank you!

Be careful from Daniel, I had very bad experience with him, it took him more than two months to complete one week HVAC system installation. he would come for one day and then disappear for one week with all kinds of excuses. the guy is not professional and not trustworthy.

His service is like repairing your tire with a plug. The "fix" daniel leaves you lasts for a day and then the system stops working again. You can argue all day with him and he thinks he's in the right. Now the tenants have to sleep thru unbearable temperatures while Daniel counts all the money.

Danny was great! He picked up his phone on a Sunday, and came very quickly to help. He diagnosed the problem, gave us options, and even went through some trouble of his own to get our warranty working so we didn't have to pay nearly as much for the repair. I would say that was GREAT service. He has a very professional demeanor and was an excellent communicator. We highly recommend him and will use him again.

We had a problem with our AC during this last heatwave. I tried to reach one out to multiple companies but Airplex was the only one that was very considerate and squeezed us in to their very tight schedule. They sent over some professionals within the hour and was able to diagnose and solve the issue ASAP. Highly recommended.

They are very professional and fast, I delt with Danny, he knows his business very well fix my issues with an already installed wall Ac that was not draining from the nub that the unit comes with, it was leaking from both corners of the unit, but he ran a PVC pipe and connected it to the nub, now it works all good. Hire them there great and care about the work they do, not to mention called me back days later to make sure it was working the way it was supposed to.

You can always tell a place has integrity when they talk you out of doing something they could make a lot of money off of. Daniel was generous with his time and expertise and in the end convinced me not to go forward with a condenser replacement that would have been expensive and unlikely to make my situation much better.

BEWARE - Not Professional
My air conditioning was cooling properly before having it serviced by Airplex and it does not cool at all after the service. When I asked Daniel to come back to look at the problem, he was non-responsive and made excuses of why he could not make it each time when we had an appointment scheduled. I had to dispute his charges because he refused to come back to repair his own work. He was arrogant and said he would come back but would charge me. Why would hire him again if he broke my HVAC after his service?!? Daniel will show up if there is money to be made but he will not stand up to his own work. Airplex, an HVAC Company you can trust. JOKE!

If you want a job well done This is the right company, never had such a good experience, Will definitely use them again.
