Long story short, my AC busted out on Saturday of Labor Day weekend
Daniel responded to me extremely late at night, he called the supplier on Sunday and arranged for the warehouse to be opened special for us on Monday to get a new Condenser
Even when we made a last minute change and didn’t end up installing the unit, Daniel was gracious and understanding beyond belief

Called for help with ac’s error codes. Unfortunately with timing and heat wave, someone could not come for a day or two. We discussed error codes and I was given advice on what I can try.
As it turns out it was an easy fix and I was able to solve the problem myself. Saved time as well as cost for an emergency visit.
