Ask for Omar! He was very professional, friendly (and pet friendly!!) He also wore covers for his boots to save the floor. He patiently walked me through setting up the controls (a few times) and was just generally kind.

The Cottam team helped me secure the HVAC Legalization required to get a Certificate of Completion from my town after new regulations were established. Martha, the Sales and Installations Coordinator, did a great job managing the timing and resources for the service calls and inspections, and clarifying the steps that needed to be done from beginning to end which helped to minimize the stress during a long process.

These guys are awesome! I woke up in the morning to a freezing house. I consider myself to be a handy guy but when it comes to furnaces and natural gas, I am no expert. I called Cottam HVAC on City Island and had someone at my door before I even finished my first cup of coffee! The two guys that showed up were incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. Better yet they were able to tell me what they were doing and why. They told me how to prevent the issue in the future and things to look for to catch it if it were to happen again. The price was right and by the time the guys were done you couldn’t even tell they had been there! I even got a call a couple hours later to make sure everything was still working and that the job was completed to my satisfaction. I just found my permanent HVAC guys!

Martha and the team were a tremendous help in closing out this project at the building department. They stand behind their quality work.
