    Amazing overall customer service and great experience. I Called in with a multitude of issues and a horrible experience from my last HVAC company. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only did they resolve my HVAC issue that the previous company left behind, they also were super clean and neat in the process. Highly recommend.

    Promised units would be repaired in 5 days, waited for 3 weeks. For one of the units they repaired something that didn’t fix the issue yet I still had to pay while they are fixing the compressor, which is the actual broken part. Doesn’t return calls, hangs up, promises to show up and doesn’t or does completely unannounced and DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY. I did not have proof the units were fixed 3 years earlier (prior owner had the work done), and they pretended it wasn’t them, even though my handyman confirmed. I used them because they were recommended by my building’s super and I know they have done work in our building (a 30+ story condominium). I am appalled my building continues to use them. I will be writing to the board to make sure he never again gets work here. Plus - got the warranty from previous owner, let’s see if he returns the $500 paid for a compressor. Stay tuned.

    In 2019, we used Cesar's to repair our broken AC unit. The guys from Cesars told us we needed to replace the compressor, which cost us $800. A year later, in 2020, the unit stopped working. We had probably run it for less than 100 hours since that expensive maintenance.

    We couldn't get a technician into our apartment until now, due to COVID. The technician we brought in (not from Cesars) told us the unit was too old, that any significant maintenance would be a waste of money because new compressors would be stressed and broken by the rest of the old unit. Of course Cesars didn't tell us this when they told us we needed to spend $800 in 2019, because they would've missed out on business for giving us good advice.

    Glad we got someone honest in here this time.

    Edit: I see a frustratingly similar review from a few months ago.

    horrible cleaning serivice for ACs, within 15 minutes he claimed to clean 3 Acs. Got distracted with my 2 year old for a minute and told me he cleaned the Ac in the living room when in fact he didnt touch it. He than remembered that he forgot that one? when asked about the filters he said oh you want me to change that? I checked to see if he changed the filter and simply put it on top of the old one?? that usualy comes with a cleaning of $100 per each AC. complete scamers do not use this company. Also left the outside completley dirty.

    Installed a brand new compressor last year from this company. This year the air conditioner has not worked . Called numerous times and spoke with the owner but still waiting for someone to fix the ac . Calls are ignored and there is no intent to fix this ac by this company. I shall be seeking legal assistance against this company. DO NOT use this company. Absolute ripoff and would not honor warranty issues . Horrible company to work with for Ac repair and installation

    I use Ceasar for all my PTAC units. Its a family owned business and i like that I get him on the phone or get a call back within an hour.

    They came to my unit, told me my ac was fine even though it stops making cold air regularly and said to call back if it kept happening. That was 3 weeks ago. I’ve left multiple voicemails and have gotten no response.
