Ally Heating & Cooling Service Team

I was connected with Ally Heating & Cooling Service Team through my warranty because my air conditioning unit quit functioning. I made sure I had not blown a fuse and checked to make sure the furnace cover was closed because the latch is broken and when it comes off the furnace automatically shuts off. The technician discovered that the AC quit working because the furnace door was not completely shut Thank you guys!!

Horrendous! Absolutely horrific to deal with. If I could give a -5 stars I would. They showed up the first time. AC unit still wasn’t working so we called back again. Three times their horrible service technician said he would show up but never did. He never answers the phone. You’re forced to leave voicemails that go unanswered. He simply Doesn’t call back. Just doesn’t show up to appointments he schedules.
No one picks up their business line either.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. UNPROFESSIONAL! RUDE!
I have nothing but negative comments and reviews. Stay away from them.

they try to get you to pay upfront fee but would hide when you ask them details. all these reviews are fake...

Spoke with representative and booked an appointment, for gas leak....no tech ever showed up and called.
