Excellent customer service! On a particularly hot day, my air conditioner broke down. Not only was it hot in my house by the time I checked to see what the problem was, but it was also around 5:00 p.m. on a Friday evening. Ally Heating & Cooling Service Team was quick to schedule me and had a technician out to me in less than an hour. He performed the test, identified the issue, and turned on the air conditioner. He only charged for a single journey. Excellent work! I would hire him again without hesitation.
