I will highly recommend them for both residential and commercial needs. We recently had an issue with our air conditioning, the technician came immediately, he was knowledgable and fixed the problem in couple of hours. I will use them in future too.

I didn't visit this place. I did, however work there. Hardly an honest person among the group. I know a few who are good people, but Steve Bush is a crook. And I make sure to let everybody know that he pretends to be a man of God. His sins are between him and God. He's in trouble.

Original review 10/9/20: Loved working with ResCom for a few years, but them my main technician (Joe) started working in the backoffice and a new tech came out and miraculously discovered about $17k of repairs. When I didn't respond to their estimate, they followed up and asked for an update. I respectfully said that I got another opinion and that they suggested $500 in repairs (and even that was optional).

His response makes it clear I will never be doing business again - extraordinarily passive aggressive.

Update 1/9/21: as I mentioned in my review 2 months ago, $17k in repairs were recommended. Turns out no repairs were needed!!! If Paul (or Joe, who I actually still really like but I wish he did this earlier) took a monometer, he'd see I had barely any gas going to my boiler. That's why it wasn't working. I didn't need $17k of repairs. I needed the guys to do their jobs. This is a basic tool they probably have in their vehicles for any job. Turns out I've had this issue for 3-4+ years! I likely paid for thousands of dollars of repairs over the past 3-4 years from Rescom that were wholly unnecessary. I'm even more disappointed now.

Anna Bresovski wrote awesome service ,in on time out in 20 min,furnace working great,Brian is very experienced technician,he knew immediately what was wrong and fixed it in no time at all.....so glad i called them....dont know why Wasyl Ilczyszyn name pops up...uuuuggghh

Great company I called them on a 90 degree day told them my central air was not working they came right out and had me up and running in no time. Super nice people and will using them more.

Their drivers need to learn how to drive when getting off a dual lane off ramp if you are on the outside lane to my left stay in that lane do not venture into the inside lane. Brighten ave exit.

They are always so kind and helpful when you reach out to them. They explain what needs to be done and I feel their prices are reasonable. They understand the value of good customer service.

Not impressed with the "customer service" became very short when I mentioned where I live and quick to get off the phone. Could have given me options or suggestions but oh well I guess. I'll look for a place that appreciates customers.
