amazing company ken was really good he came on time and did a complete check to see why the furnace wasn't turning on. He did not try to upsell any equipments or replacements etc which I appreciate because many companies try to sell new equipment for simple fixes. he found the problem very fast and replaced my entire thermostat wire that was damaged. He got heat back to my tenants within and hour. Appreciate his help and will definitely use this company again. very reasonably priced and got the job done properly. Thank You Ken I appreciate it.

Best place by far!!!! Ken came told me I needed a new boiler didn’t give me the run around and gave me a great price for the materials and labor. He was quick on installing it and now we have heat again for these chilly nights I would give a 10/10 and he has been the best verses the other company’s out there. I am absolutely impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and quality I received. Our boiler was leaking water and flooding our basement. We had a tech onsite within a hour that was able to repair the issue while explaining everything about our boiler in detail. He spent four hours onsite but did not leave until everything was working perfectly. What a great company!

It is unfortunate that there is only five stars. Kenny deserves more. He arrived at the job ahead of time. Traveled an hour with traffic to diagnose the air condition system. Found the problem, fixed the problem and charged the most reasonable cost of any air conditioning company ever! Thanks to Kenny the air conditioning is working perfectly.

I requested their service to fix a Sump pump. The guy came and made “adjustments” to the pump and charged me $570.Two days later the pump stopped working. He want me to pay again the same amount to “fix”it! As I refused, he hung up on me.

Ken replaced a hot water tank for us today and has left us highly satisfied with his level of service. He is very professional, left no mess behind, and answered any questions we had regarding the new tank (even gave us the specs on the tank and showed us how to make any adjustments). Highly recommend and will be using other services his company provides in the future.

I spoke to Ken tonight and he was SUPER helpful. Although he could not get out to me he stayed on the phone with me and talked me through a few things. I am way more at ease about my plumbing issue and I’m pretty sure my issue doesn’t need a plumber. He could have easily taken our money and he did not. I would recommend him to anyone. KJ did an excellent job with installing the water line to my refrigerator. The previous company I used messed it up on two separate occasions. Having watched KJ do the job I feel confident it will remain intact for sometime to come.

Kenny was immensely helpful and went above and beyond. My water heater broke down. Needed some parts replaced. My home warranty kept me guessing and rejecting my claim for more than 2 weeks. Kenny offered FREE repair and immediately came over and replaced the parts without charging me event a cent!! Really appreciate it, and thank you!
