On 21 Jun 2020 our central air stopped working. Because the unit is over 30yrs old I figured it would need replacing, probably cost around 4 grand. My brother gave me Ken's contact info. LM and Ken promptly returned call. Sent Ken picture of unit. Ken was able to quickly find the problem but warnd me that because of the age there may be other issues which might not be repairable. We tried the easy fix first in order to save me the large expense of replacing the system. The repair was made, I turned on the power, and everything worked fine. Ken was very professional and seemed to care more about taking care of the customer, than trying to sell me something I couldn't really afford at this time. I highly recommend Ken to anyone who needs to be treated fairly and honestly.
