Sylvia’s customer service is exceptional from start to finish. She’s friendly, courteous and gets the tech scheduled asap. The tech that came was knowledgeable. He taught me how to change the filter for my water heater. I will definitely use Elite in the future and will highly recommend.

THE plumber in Santa Fe! Seriously, they do not disappoint.
My boiler broke down during a cold snap right after Christmas. I called three plumbers, Elite, was the ONLY plumber who came through, and quickly too! The others promised a quote, never delivered. Fernando and his crew quoted it, got the new boiler (and water heater), and worked way past 5pm to provide heat for me. I cannot recommend them enough, plus, they fixed the refrigerator ice-maker issues that another plumber botched previously. They were responsive, on time, professional, and delivered what they promised. A real gem in Santa Fe. Truly! HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you so much Elite, Fernando and crew.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail Fernando and his team showed. I thought it was going to take them at the very least a couple days to replace and repair my sewer, but he got the job done that same day. Which was amazing because I thought I was going to have to stay at a hotel. They worked hard and didn’t stop until the job was completed! I will definitely be using them for my plumbing needs, as well as recommend Elite plumbing and drain solutions to everyone!

Elite Plumbing has been a great help for my home! They installed a new furnace for me in the summer. I needed assistance turning it on for its first time and was worried about the snowstorm coming the next day. Fernando and his team came to the rescue and sent someone to help turn it on in very short notice. They did a good job on the install and a great job continuing to service me after initial install. I called the Elite plumbing from Albuquerque, they were a great small business

This website specifically states this company gives free estimates. I needed my outdoor faucet leak fixed. One guy was sent to fix my toilet then another guy popped up at my house in his personal vehicle a hummer with rims. It scared me because i didnt know why this person was was at my house. He talked gibberish nonstop. I didnt get any answers to my faucet leak problem nor an estimate to have it fixed so getting no where, i asked them both to leave. I spoke with the owner. mr. Martinez later. He said he would come by personally this morning and take a look at the problem. He was a no call. No show. Very unprofessional.
