I had Carrier mini splits installed in my home about a month ago with Daniel’s and I highly recommend them! I did quite a bit of research on my own before getting quotes/recommendations from several companies for installation. Robbie was by far the most thorough and communicative.. He answered all of my questions and then some. He was very thorough in determining my exact needs and expectations in designing the system for my home and made me feel more comfortable than anyone else in moving forward with the project. Tim did the installation and also did a fabulous job! The installation was done quickly and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! Robbie and Tim also alerted me to a leak that had so far gone undetected- a problem that I was happy to be alerted to before it did major damage. They were kind enough make themselves available to discuss the problem with contractors to help identify the issue. Overall I had a great experience with Daniel’s. Not only are their prices very competitive, but their attention to detail and thoroughness are unmatched!

I had a very positive experience with Daniels when my gas furnace recently died just in time for winter. Robbie Westby responded immediately to my inquiry and arranged to have the job done in two days at a lower price than I'd gotten from TLC (who also couldn't do the job until nine days from my first contact with them). Since Daniels has a Santa Fe location, I didn't have to resort to hiring an Albuquerque company. In addition to being down-to-earth and easy to talk to, Robbie spent what seemed like two hours overall patiently answering my questions about cooling options (if I wanted central air conditioning, it would be easier and cheaper to install it along with the furnace than to wait until later, so I had to make a decision then and there). Jeremiah and the other technicians were professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful throughout the two days of installation (I decided to get A/C too). Thank you, Daniels, for the great customer service, pricing, and technical work.

Worked at Daniel’s as a service Technician. Did not like the way they would want you to lie to customers. About their comfort systems. There all about selling never trying to fix a comfort system. Alit of people have R22 system that can be retro fitted with refrigerant that compatible with R22 fix leak and move on to next job. They rather sell a customer a new system never looking out for someone’s financial aspect. If you hire this guys make sure to get a second option. The owner and Manager are scam artists!!!!!!

Working with Daniel's was the best service we've ever experienced with a sub contractor. They were able to pull off a miracle to get us air conditioning FAST. Every member of their team was friendly and professional. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We cannot say enough good things. We are so grateful.

I made an appointment and was told the first appointment was to provide an estimate only. The technician showed up, looked at one issue and said, "We don't work on that kind of pipe." He then looked at the second issue, replacing a frost free hydrant, and quoted $2,600, which is exorbitant. He looked at the third issue, fixing a toilet valve that wouldn't shut off and quoted $700, which is also outrageous - we could buy two new toilets for less. He then informed me that I owed him $75 for the visit, which he said was their standard fee. No one had mentioned that I'd be charged a fee for an estimate of the work. I would never use this company both because they are unprofessional and their fees are outlandish.

Daniels just installed a new HVAC system on a house we just purchased. The old system was only working intermittently and it was in the teens. They were able to complete this on an ASAP basis. Great crew. Very professional, pleasant, and went out of their way to be helpful. We have used them many times over the years at our homes and rentals and have always received outstanding service. Thanks Daniels!!!

Tony was the technician who responded to our urgent call to fix our heater which was broken. Tony is absolutely amazing and very honest. He did not give up until the job was done. He tried different permutations and combinations before giving up and selling a new unit for us. We contacted Paul’s heating and cooling and they were AWFUL. They gave us a false carbon monoxide reading and tried to sell us a $10K unit. After tony fixed our heating he checked for carbon monoxide levels and it was a zero. We also bought a CO detector from Walmart which gave us a negative reading for CO levels. Long story short, I would highly highly highly recommend Daniels and especially tony. He’s awesome. We give him two thumbs up. Thank you tony and thank you Daniels.

Ted and his crew from Dainels Heating and A/C did a fabulous job of installing our new water heater and a/c unit! From the time they came out to give us a quote to the time they installed the units and even after installation, they followed up with us to make sure everything was running correctly. Their promptness, their exceptional courtesy, their knowledge, cleanliness on the job site make them #1 in my book for any HVAC issue you may have!

My brother had new heaters installed in his home, Daniel's Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning did an amazing job. From the start, the estimate, the on time service, the follow- up, not to mention the professionism and cleanup. Highly recommend 5 star. Thank you Ernest, Joshua and Jason!

We had an air conditioning unit attached to our furnace and all seemed to go well. EXCEPT ..Our home was left in a layer of dust. TWICE!!! Then they want to charge us for cleaning the ducting . SERIOUSLY?! WE had already spent over $7,000.00. We had NEVER had dust come from our vents before and I specifically asked them not to turn the unit on until the vents were cleaned but they did anyway. I am STILL cleaning the house of dust and am reluctant to turn the air or heat on because of it. . Until the "dust "episode, they were doing a good job. I really feel that it was poor business practice to try and charge me for cleaning their mess. Very disappointing.
