Very disappointed with their service. The drain tech came out to my business, just to initially tell me they would t touch any of the work because it looked like someone else was here. It was my maintenance guy. Then he says he won’t be able to fix it, and leaves. Was here less than 30min. Glad I didn’t get charged for it.

Ortega Plumbing was the only company out of 8 called that agreed to disconnect all systems from a manufactured home. The plumbers had expertise in commercial work and were not daunted by the cold, dirt, rusted pipes, snow, under home environment, or sewer smell. They were amazingly cheerful and efficient. They did not bend EPA rules but brought a generator to disconnect and drain the Carrier Air system. As a result, I highly recommend this professional company.

Mark and Greg were wonderful. Greg completed my new furnace installation quickly and Mark was available to get the parts Greg needed. The furnace was up and running the same day. I am very grateful especially with it being December. Recommend for anyone needing their furnace serviced or replaced.

We had Ortegas Plumbing come out in December 2022 to get an estimate on a water heater install. We are converting from gas to electric and already had the water heater they came and looked and said they didnt have experience with the model of water heater that we purchased but they said they would follow up and asked for the manual on our new water heater so we gave it to them. Almost 2 months later Ive tried to call a few times and no one gets back to me. If they can't do the install just say that and give us our manual back.
So frustrating.

Mark and Brett worked with us on warranty work needed on our heater during the coldest spell we've had lately. Through their concerted efforts our heater was back up and running. They were there when they said they would be, they wore masks to protect us and were unfailingly polite and professional. We highly recommend them to others.
