The technician that has been servicing our account for several years does an excellent job. He is pleasant to deal with, appears to know his job well, does his job in an efficient manner, and communicates well with us about any problems or issues.

This company is hands down the absolute best you will find! (Don't let the small # reviews fool you - they've been in business for over 20 years) They are honest and truly care about the people they work with and work for. You will not find anyone who you will feel more at ease with them working on your AC needs - knowing that 1) they are not price gauging you, 2) they will tell you exactly what they see and nothing more, and 3) they have your best interest at heart. I can truly say I will not give my money to anyone else as long as they are still in business! They have worked on my evaporative cooler multiple times and I recently hired them to convert my evap to refrigerated air. I am so happy with their work! They are such good people and their work is so good! You can NOT go wrong with On the Go Heating and Cooling!

Came to check my AC unit, turned out it needed replacement. Quote was given to me pretty quick on a replacement. Got lucky considering same size replacement not available due to covid so installed a more efficient unit. They were prompt, clean and professional.

I have used ON THE GO for our business for many years and have never been disappointed, always top notch service and very fast response times.

They were able to respond on the same day and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, a part had to be ordered, so they did a temporary fix, and set an appointment to repair it after the part came in. Arrived exactly when promised and did a quick, professional job!

$$$ and didn't connect pvc correctly causing the roof to flood. The cooler start ups lasted long enough for them to NOT honor any warranty. Phone person very curt with me. Said I should have called sooner. It had been about two months. PVC turn off valve and other joins should have lasted all season.
They did ok job in previous seasons but for some reason got sloppy.

Santos was truly a professional, knowledgeable and skilled. He took care of our heating problem promptly and successfully. I will only use this company as we go forward.
