Great work. Our wine room cooler was not an easy fix. We first called the company that the previous owners had used (most popular AC company in town) and they failed miserably. They didn't know what they didn't know and ended up just quietly disappearing rather than admit they had no clue. We were referred to On the Go by the supply company. And they have been great to work with. You learn more about a company when things don't go exactly as planned. And at first they didn't, but On the Go immediately resolved the issue. They will be my go heating and cooling company from now on. It's nice to work with people you can trust!

Our swamp cooler gave out suddenly and was only blowing hot air. Of course, it’s the hottest days of the summer (99-105F), and we are suffering from the heat. They were recommended to me by a friend and they set up an appointment the next day. Mr. Reyes was on time, kind, and professional. I was impressed by how quickly he fixed the issue (a broken pump) and even the competitively-priced pump they installed for us. I was worried about a $300 bill but it was extremely reasonable.

Overall, very impressed. Will definitely call again.

In evaluating the job, I was given valuable information about the type of system I needed for my smaller space. The service was professional, friendly and courteous. There was some problems with the wiring in my home, to which Go Heating responded quickly to resolve. I would definitely recommend them.

This company came highly recommended to me by an AC installation professional for system repairs. Fast service. Friendly and respectful. Accurate problem diagnosis. Priced appropriately (I get at least 2 opinions and quotes for larger repairs). They are first on my list for future AC repair and service work.

Even though I really struggled getting things figured out in the beginning, the gentleman that came to check the HVAC immediately knew what the issue was. Not only that, Sylvania was adamant about making sure I was able to have the HVAC repaired/replaced. They worked with my schedule , kept in touch with and got things done quickly once they arrived. On The Go gives excellent heating & cooling service! They replaced our old swamp cooler with a new split unit—it’s economical, easy to use and a huge improvement in cooling and heating the house. They were always on time, got the work done quickly, very professional, and a reasonable price. Definitely 5 stars!!!
