Had the air ducts cleaned , repaired , and sealed. My electric usage has drop so much my solar panels are now producing much more power then I use and greatly increased my electric refunds from the power company. Thanks , your service paid for itself with the savings.

Good work. Worst run business I have encountered in a long time. I do not get an invoice…for work performed in January of 2022 until end of June 2022. I tell them I will get to it…the bill was not expected. They threaten to put a lien on my home after I take 6 weeks to pay. What a bunch of clowns ….done with this company. You would think , after spending more than 10K with a company that maybe a phone call might be made prior to levying threats. Their explanation for failing to invoice was, “employee issues.” Of course, I had to call them…..good luck Metalcraft…there are other people out there who know how to manage good clients.

We got a quote from another A/C repairman that said we needed new ductwork, return air, and a new system. We had these guys come out and they sealed our ductwork, corrected and added returned air ducts to our bedrooms, and installed insulation . Our current system did not need replacing and works better than ever. Thanks!

They service my furnace, and AC every 6 months, and do a great job. I'd give them 5 stars if they'd come out of the payment dark ages, and only accept a check at the time of service. I write 2 checks a year, and both are to metal craft. If they've changed since June great! It's 2020...

This company is overcharging us for services rendered. They billed for twice the amount of time that their service man was here. A credit was promised a week ago and nothing has been done. Numerous calls have been made with no response. This is the second time we have experienced being overcharged by Metal Craft.

Exceptional. Professional personnel who provided detailed proposal in a very timely manner, Installation was on time and completed in a very professional manner. Paperwork, with all installation documents and manuals provided in a folder for ease of customer use. Would highly recommend this company.

I've heard all my life that "it just takes the right tool" to do a good job. Well sometimes it takes the right pro who has the right tool. We stopped by Metal Craft today and explained our problem. The receptionist called a machinist and in a couple of minutes he fabricated what we needed and solved what had been a problem for us for wks. Great job.

Great service.... haven't got the bill yet. That was two months ago.
