Medina's Plumbing

Prompt, dealt with headaches that my plumbing issue had, they were great and got doen to business. Especially Brandon, or Bradley, im a little bit unsure of his name.

I called Medina's Plumbing because of their high rating of satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory.
I needed new cartridges installed in a Price Pfister bathroom faucet. I've done this work myself many times with a high level of success but due to disabilities I can no longer do it. My wife has even successfully replaced cartridges and faucets. It is not rocket science.
I had to call them back a second time to get an appointment because there was no response to my first call.
The first indication that there might be a problem was when there representative contacted me and said they would prefer to replace the faucet that they did not find replacing the cartridges successful very often. I've never had any problem doing it myself.
Two men showed up an hour earlier than first indicated. Of course, they did not have the correct cartridges. They left for about 40 minutes and supposedly returned with the correct cartridges. After realizing that they had been working for almost an hour I checked on them and found one of them at parts scattered all over the top of the counter and the other individual just seem to be observing. At that time I also ask them to check the toilet because it did not flush properly. They shook their head yes. About 10 minutes later they indicated they were done. They wanted $255 for the job and we paid them.
I soon realized that they had not given me an itemized invoice or anything that indicated the job had been paid for. It was obvious the toilets had never been checked and the faucet still dripped.
I certainly will never use Medina's Plumbing again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Medina's and his crew came out to replace part of my sewer line and did a great job. Quick, professional, and completed with quality. From the moment he came in his professionalism and capabilities as a plumber were apparent and I knew the job would be done well. He came out quickly and drove a long way to my tiny town to do the job. I will definitely be using him and his team for part 2 of the job and future plumbing needs.

We appreciate the very reasonable cost, excellent service and professionalism of David Medina and his team. Over a period of a year we had other services unsuccessfully attempt to repair and replace a kitchen faucet. Then we found Medina's. The installers figured out the problem. David helped me pick out the right faucet. The installers were polite and cleaned up after they were finished and they got the job done. Thank goodness for Medina's Plumbing!

Responded quickly and professionally at a great value to a plumbing emergency. Outstanding service and I highly recommend.

We moved to Las Cruces just two years ago . David Medina and crew hooked up all of our plumbing.
If we had any issues after we moved in , they were here to fix them !

David said he would be here like family and would take care of us ! How wonderful that sounded as moving from Minnesota and not knowing any one ! Today he proved that he keeps his family word !
After two years here our water softener broke down and he replaced it with a brand new one and only charged us for the labor . Yes I recommend David Medina … He kept his family word !

I called a Friday afternoon and got if fix in 45 minutes. Thank you for the prompt and efficient service. I decided to give them a call because a previous review said they fixed their shower in 45 min, which was their only complaint. If I already tried to fix it myself and couldn't, I am happy that the person came in and left in less than an hour. Great price and professional people. I am now thinking about remodeling my bathroom with them.

Technician was advised to contact us after finding a replacement water heater. After several calls and waiting for his reply I researched and found my replacement $1500.00 cheaper. Don’t waste your time with this business!

Mr. Medina and his employees helped family when we had our water heater go out. They were very prompt and punctual. Not only did they replace my water heater but they updated my water lines and disposed of my old heater. I will definitely be recommending Medina's Plumbing.

We were in need of a plumber ASAP. Our hot water heater started shooting water out. It was old and started giving us problems about a year ago. We knew it was going out but the major problems was it had no water pan so an emergency situation like this would cause us to have to shut our water off. To save our floors and house from flood damage.
I called our regular plumber and they had no one they could send out. I couldn’t wait without water so I searched the internet for any high rated plumbers that could help us. I left a few messages and then finally I get to Medina and he actually answers the phone. He says “no worries he's busy but will be there within the hour”. Thank goodness! Yes! and he was there just as promised. His company is prompt and professional. Very kind and caring about our emergency situation. By 7 pm we had a new water heater! Thank you Medina Plumbing!
And sadly none of the other plumbers I called and left messages for even called me back that day.
