David Medina and his crew were professional and courteous and did a thorough job (no shortcuts) repairing my Daughter and Son n Law's water and sewer pipe system. Medina's Plumbing also installed brand new toilets, sinks, bath and showers, etc., which left the bathrooms looking amazing. They did everything possible to make sure it was done within a reasonable time. The price was well worth it and offered financing. No runaround, David responded and showed up when needed. We recommend Medina's Plumbing based on our experience. Thank you so much David and your crew for everything you did for us and a job very well done!

My hot water heater stopped working. I called everywhere and was put on a 2 week waiting list at the other places. The lady who answered the phone (sorry I don’t remember your name) was so helpful and got us squeezed in between jobs. The guys who came were very helpful. They got it started but pointed out it was installed in 2002 and would need to be replaced. They have me a very reasonable quote and I will definitely use them again!!

When I called the woman on the other end was extremely professional, she was very polite, and knowledgeable and took down all my information and sent the technician out within an hour . These gentlemen come out and are very professional and do a great job ! They repaired my clogged drain just in an hour, the total cost was reasonable. These guys definitely have all of my future business 👍👏🥇

The gentleman that came to the house to check our clogged plumbing was courteous, professional, efficient, explained everything he was doing and fast.
We're fairly new to Las Cruces. We didn't have a plumbing company to use.
I called a couple of places and was very impressed at how caring the person who answered the phone was.
I went with my gut instinct and the company's ratings and I was not wrong.
We now have a plumbing company we will be using from now on.

I was so grateful to find Medina's Plumbing on a Monday morning when the toilets stopped working and started draining into the showers. Their very responsive dispatcher called me back when a plumber became available. Brandon identified our problem and cleared the main line to the sewer in the street. He was knowledgeable and very professional and finished the job in a very workmanlike manner. He took the time to also consult with us on some other issues we are having.
