We had our HVAC unit replaced in October. The whole process from estimate to install to billing was really great, we are nice and toasty warm this Winter and shall be nice and cool in the Summer...thanks to everyone at MGP Mechanical !!

Gerald was very knowledgeable about my navien tankless water heater. Diagnosed the problem and returned the next day and installed the replacement gas valve. Very professional and thorough. Left the site clean and orderly. Will definitely use him again.

They did high quality work at a very fair price. They cleaned up after the install and even helped with a couple of.additional issues I had on my home. I dont leave these often because not many companies deserve the positive review but MGP definitely does. They wont disappoint.

We recommend MGP, they installed a central air system for us. In the days after the install there was a bug in the system and we called them on a Friday night and they came over on Saturday to fix it! I have a hard time believing that the customer service at the bigger companies is that good. MGP commits to doing the job well and following through!

Team Came out to troubleshoot my HVAC which had been blowing cool air at intervals. Able to get a quick turnaround appt. They cleaned the system and replaced the filter and everything's been working fine since then.

Initially had great communication with this company, they came out to give us a quote. We really wanted to use a local company for replacing our old HVAC system and saw their numerous great reviews. Problem is, they never sent us the quote afterward. No communication whatsoever. For such an expensive and big project, you really need to be able to count on the company doing the work. Very disappointed, will be taking my business elsewhere.

We just sold our house as we moved out of state for work, and once again needed someone to service and repair our boiler system before we could close. We have been through plumber after plumber in the east mountains. Gerald is the first to have such a thorough knowledge of boilers. He was responsive and thorough. He figure out where the bleeder valves were and air separators, replaced parts, bled the lines, and solved issues we have been dealing with for several years. It was a huge relief. When a small water heater went out in our guest cabin, he was quick to solve the issue and replace it in a timely manner so we could complete our home sale. I feel so much better now that we could sell a home with problems solved, and pass on knowledge of a good plumber for the buyers! Thank you so much.
