I trusted Glenn(sales rep) when I heard him talk to the owner about my leaking tankless water heater. The owner knew each elbow and screw!!! It took a few days to get the replacement part but when it was in the plumbers hands they were on their way to get our hot water running again. Great job Gerald!!!!

I called MGP Mechanical on Monday morning 11/28/22 because my heat was out. Gerald came out that afternoon, did some investigative work, and gave me repair and replacement options. I chose to replace the 16-year old unit. Gerald got me a firm proposal the following morning, which I accepted. He checked local inventories and found a replacement unit available here in Albuquerque. He loaned me three electric heaters to use in the interim. The following Monday 12/5 a crew from MGP Mechanical showed up along with a crane from Mountain States Crane. The old unit was rigged off and the new one set in place by about 11 that morning, and the new unit was connecting and fully functional by about 3 that afternoon. MGP registered the new unit with York (for warranty purposes) for me.

I cannot comment on whether MGP was a good value, as I did not shop around. But I can say that their work was of good quality and they were very responsive and very professional. I was very pleased with MGP and highly recommend them.

Genuinely love this entire company! These guys have always helped my family, clients, and I at every turn and helped many a time in tight spots. My 38-year-old furnace failed, as they are prone to do, just as the weather turned cold! I called MGP and they sent out a technician that same day. I figured that it would be next to impossible to find parts, which was the case. The technician reported the situation back to the office and I promptly received an estimate for a new furnace by E-mail. (If I hadn't called for repair service, their estimator would have come out first.) I accepted the estimate, which was a lot lower than I expected, and included a senior citizen discount. They scheduled a day-and-a-half for the replacement but were done in less than a day. The reception and billing folks were very friendly and professional.
The team of two technicians arrived first thing as scheduled and were cheerful and very polite. They disconnected and uncoupled the poor old unit and removed it. They also hauled it off when they were done. The estimator stopped by a few times during the process and made sure that the techs had everything that they needed. As part of the installation, they brought everything up to code, (electricity and gas), insulated everything and installed a new flue. The installation looks like something out of a brochure. Lastly, they installed a brand-new thermostat and cleaned everything up. MGP even did the online warranty activation for me.
The new furnace is super-efficient and heats the house quietly. I enthusiastically recommend MGP Mechanical for furnace-related issues and I am confident that they will be just as awesome for all plumbing heating and cooling needs. They are my "Go-To" from now on. (And, even though the above sounds like I work for MGP Mechanical or am in any way connected to them, I do not and am not.) I am just a very satisfied and happy customer.

MGP Mechanical is a great company to work with from beginning to the end! We are extremely happy with their service. We had a Navien Tankless Water Heater installed a couple of weeks ago. Their prices were very reasonable. Gerald was very knowledgeable when came out and gave us a quote. Installers, Carlos and Noah were very respectful of our property. They made sure everything was done
properly before they leave. The city inspector came out and inspected our water heater within a couple of days and we got our green tag. I am a brand new MGP customer, but my experience has been fantastic. Contacted MGP for a warranty repair on our AC. They were available to come assess the issue within a few days, which was much quicker than anyone else in town! They ordered the needed parts and had us up in running in just a few days, which is also much quicker than anyone else in town could do! MGP reps had great communication during the process. MGP reps were knowledgeable about our system. Very happy customer!

THIS PLACE IS LIGIT!!!!!!! I called this on a holiday weekend and this place answered once opened. The service provider came to the house and fixed the problem quickly. Parts needed to be purchased but he was quick and fixed it with a warranty. Price was great professionalism was amazing and he also recommended future maintenance with no pressure.
